Rachel is an Associate Attorney at Taege Law Offices, having joined the firm in May of 2016. Rachel earned her Bachelor of Science from Illinois State University and her Juris Doctor from John Marshall Law School. Throughout her years in law school, Rachel was a law clerk at Taege Law Offices, which allowed her to gain invaluable experience in family law. She transitioned to her role as an attorney immediately after passing the bar.
Rachel’s unique experience as a clerk and now attorney focused solely on family law, has gained her valuable insight into how to properly manage a case from start to finish. Rachel’s practice focuses on the areas of family law, divorce, allocation of parental responsibilities (child custody), and parenting time. Rachel truly excels in the areas of financials and discovery, including issues relating to child support and maintenance, property division, and dissipation.
Rachel’s approach to each case is to ensure her clients’ rights are fully protected and represented through the entirety of their case, with particular attention to achieving her client’s goals in every representation. Rachel dedicates 100% of her practice to the area of family law and is experienced and capable in cases ranging from short term marriages, to issues of complex financial transactions, to parental issues regarding alienation and reconciliation. Rachel carefully crafts her approach to each case and works to protect the parent-child relationship through the difficult times of separation.
